Customer Service

ETS Customer Service Office
The ETS Customer Service office is located in the northwest corner on the main floor of City Hall (1 Sir Winston Churchill Square). It provides lost and found, route brochures, route guides, and sells all ETS passes and tickets including senior citizen's annual passes. Visa/Mastercard/American Express, cash and debit are accepted for purchasing fare products. The Customer Services office is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm; closed on statutory holidays.
Book of Routes
The Book of Routes is printed once a year in September, and the maps and schedules contained in it are current as of that printing. For up to date schedule and route information, visit Route Schedules and Maps or the ETS Trip Planner.
The Book of Routes costs $12 and is available at our ETS Customer Service Office. Or you can send a money order payable to the City of Edmonton, and we'll send you a Book of Routes. Please include $4 for shipping and handling.
