Residential Parking Programs

About the Program

Residential Parking Programs were developed to manage the availability of parking in specific residential areas experiencing urban growth and increased visitor demand. The program does not eliminate non-resident or public parking and it does not guarantee residents an on-street parking space.

Annual Residential Parking Permits
This permit allows residents within a Residential Parking Program area to park their vehicles on the street.

Visitor Parking Permits
Residents in Rossdale, Royal Gardens, Windsor Park (UA-4) and Mini parking programs are eligible for visitor permits allowing visitors to park adjacent or in close proximity of the address stated on the permit.

Temporary Residential Parking Permits
Apply for a temporary parking permit if you live in an area with a Residential Parking Program and you need parking for short term or one time events.

Rossdale and Commonwealth Parking Restrictions

When major events occur in Rossdale and Commonwealth neighbourhoods parking restrictions will be in effect. Only vehicles displaying a valid permit may park.
