Lot Grading Fees - Residential
Inspection fees are levied only to cover the cost of inspection requirements. These fees are collected by Sustainable Development when you apply for the building permit.
- Single detached housing: $135
- Semi-detached (duplex) housing: $135 per dwelling unit
