Secondary, Garage & Garden Suites
If you are developing a secondary suite, a garage suite or garden suite, you need to know that your Waste Management Services Fee is affected:
- Land Use Code (LUC) will change for your property from single family (LUC100) to multi-family (LUC112).
- Waste Management Services fee will change from one (1) single family fee to two (2) multi-family fees. Latest fees
- The fees apply whether or not the secondary suite is occupied.
- Waste Management Services fee is posted on your monthly EPCOR utility bill.
The Waste Management Services fee is applied to secondary suites, garage suites, and garden suites having food preparation and cooking facilities which are physically separate from those of the principal dwelling.
