City of Edmonton Mayors Awards: Terry Tenove
Terry Tenove became a quadriplegic after a sport related injury. Faced with the challenge of living in a wheelchair, Terry and architect Ron Wickman custom designed an apartment to suit his new life. The innovative living space is an example of how a barrier-free home design can enhance the quality of life.
