Ways to pay
In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, please use payment options other than mail.
You can pay your utility bills through EPCOR—by mail or through internet or telephone banking.
The City of Edmonton pays EPCOR to respond to billing inquires. If you have any questions related to the utility, call EPCOR Contact Centre at 780-310-4300 (Monday – Friday, 8am–7 pm; Saturday, 8am–4:30pm).
