Veteran's Week is celebrated November 5 to 11, 2012 across Canada. There are several events in Edmonton to honour the achievements and sacrifices of those who served our country in times of war and peace.
No Stone Left Alone

The “No Stone Left Alone Memorial Foundation” is hosting events at 15 different cemeteries in Edmonton to honour our veterans and provide an opportunity for a number of schools to participate and learn about the valuable contributions our military service personnel have provided for our proud nation.
Beechmount Cemetery is honoured to be hosting the 2nd annual “No Stone Left Alone” ceremony and is expecting between 650 and 700 guests and participants to be in attendance.

Fields of Honour

The City of Edmonton cemeteries will be lowering the Canadian flags in the Fields of Honour for our veterans on Remembrance Day.
The Fields of Honour are located at Beechmount Cemetery, Edmonton Cemetery and Northern Lights Cemetery.
