Yellow Pages Print Opt Out Program
Yellow Pages Group encourages residents who do not use the printed directory to opt out ahead of distribution.
Please note that your request must be received at least 30 days prior to your directory delivery; otherwise it will be applied to the following year.
To opt out of receiving the regular and/or light edition of the Yellow Pages directories at your home, you can call Yellow Pages Group Distribution Services at 1-800-268-5637 or complete the online form at www.ypg.com/delivery.
Your residential directory (also known as the “white pages”) is no longer automatically delivered and must be requested by calling Yellow Pages Group Distribution Services at 1-800-268-5637 or by completing the online form at www.ypg.com/delivery.
Recycle Your outdated Yellow and White Pages print directories
You can recycle out-of-date phone directories through the following City of Edmonton programs:
- Blue Bag program for single-family homes
- Blue Bin program for apartments and condos
- Recycling Depots for all residents and small businesses
