Long Term Affordable Housing Programs
To be eligible for Cornerstones grant funding, the following minimum criteria must be met:
- Incorporated organization
- 10% unencumbered equity
- Land is secured or valid Offer to Purchase exists
- 5 or more units in project
- Target clientele meets affordable housing criteria
- Project aligns with Cornerstones and City of Edmonton policies regarding location
