Recreation
The City of Edmonton offers a wide variety of drop-in and registered programs for adults 65+.
Programs
Opportunities to be active may include Aquafit, Waterworks, Pickle Ball, walking programs, steam room, sauna, leisure pools, indoor running tracks, Zumba, Yoga and fitness consultations and personal training to meet specific needs. Various activities and hobbies are also available, including afternoon leisure dance, health programs, and opportunities to socialize with friends.
Attractions
Visit one of the City's many attractions, such as the Muttart Conservatory or Valley Zoo.
Golf Courses
Tee off at one of the City's golf courses or driving ranges, located in our beautiful river valley.
Leisure Access Program
Access for eligible low-income Edmontonians to participating City recreation facilities.
