Seniors Information Phone Line
There are many organizations in Edmonton that serve seniors. You can now call one number to be connected to programs, services and resources in the community. Next time you have a question about resources and supports for seniors, call the Seniors Information Phone Line (211) by dialing 2-1-1.
The 211 Information and Referral Specialist will direct callers to appropriate programs and services in the community.
If the caller requires additional support, the call will be transferred over to an outreach worker at one of several senior service agencies in Edmonton.
