Aquatic Fitness Programs

Aquafit classes use the powerful resistance of water in a fun, refreshing way to get cardiovascular activity and strengthen muscles. Your students will finish this program with “good” energy and learn to be more confident in the water.

These 1-hour sessions will allow your students time to have fun and get fit in the water!

Shallow Water Aquafit

Aquatic resistance exercises in shallow water to music. No swimming skills required, and all fitness levels can participate.

Deep Water Aquafit

Aquatic resistance exercises in deep water (using flotation belts) to music. Non-swimmers can also participate using a lifejacket.

Swim Training

Focuses on fitness through swimming. This class will help students enhance speed and endurance while practicing their swimming strokes. Swimming uses multiple muscles groups (even the ones you didn’t know you have) and is a great method of training.

How to Book

  1. Check the School-Led Swim Program Availability page for available dates and times.
  2. Submit the online booking form. (Booking for 2016/17 will begin on September 1. The online booking form will be available at that time.)
