About the Service

Over 6,400 ETS bus stops are located on Edmonton streets. A sign at each stop lists the bus stop number and every bus route that services that particular stop. To help us keep our bus stops safe and accessible, please report any damage or vandalism. 

How Do I Obtain the Service?

Use our self-service reporting tool to report any vandalism or damage to a bus stop.

To help speed up the response time and provide further details about the issue and location of the concern, you may attach a photo to the request.
