Drop-in Groups

Relationships with your Adult Children

Age: 60+

Are you over age 60 and facing challenges with your adult children? Get support and strategies at this free drop-in group for men and women. The group combines education and discussion to identify safe relationships and learn communication and limit-setting skills.

The group is held the first and third Tuesday of every month from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Limited evening appointments are available.
