School Program Request Form

Please use the form below to book your school program for the following facilities: Edmonton Valley Zoo, Muttart Conservatory, John Janzen Nature Centre, Fort Edmonton Park, City Archives, John Walter Museum or City Arts Centre.

A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for program bookings. Please complete this form and click the “submit” button to forward the request form to the Program Booking Office for processing. Your request is not confirmed until you are contacted by a Program booking coordinator. Maximum group size is 30 children per program staff. If your group exceeds the maximum your group will be booked for 2 programs.
