Community Recreation Support Program

We are committed to ensuring City attractions and recreation facilities are accessible to all Edmontonians.

Community and Recreation Facilities Branch provides eligible non-profit agencies with complimentary admissions to City-operated attractions and recreation facilities and considers requests for facility rental discounts.

Submit Your Request

Submit your request 2 weeks before your event.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we will only support an organization once per calendar year.

Types of Requests Supported

Non-profit or charitable organizations that contribute to the social well-being of the community.
Initiatives that contribute to the quality of community life.
Fundraisers that directly benefit high needs populations including at-risk youth, seniors, low income Edmontonians, minority groups, Aboriginal peoples, or persons with disabilities.

Types of Requests Not Supported

Individuals
Requests for cash donations
Political organizations
Staff recognition
Past events
Requests for ongoing support
Events or organizations which are already subsidized by the City of Edmonton
