Long Term Affordable Housing Programs

To be eligible for Cornerstones grant funding, the following minimum criteria must be met:

  • Incorporated organization
  • 10% unencumbered equity
  • Land is secured or valid Offer to Purchase exists
  • 5 or more units in project
  • Target clientele meets affordable housing criteria
  • Project aligns with Cornerstones and City of Edmonton policies regarding location
