Great Neighbourhoods Improvement Fund

These investments are made when the City of Edmonton is doing construction work in a neighbourhood such as neighbourhood renewal.  This is an opportunity to coordinate work to maximize the investment and increase the livability of a neighbourhood.

As every neighbourhood is different, the investments made are unique to each neighbourhood.

In 2011, The Great Neighbourhoods Capital Investment program is investing approximately $3 million in the following neighbourhoods:

Belvedere Great Neighbourhooods Capital Investments

The City of Edmonton is investing in upgrading the decorative poles on Fort Road from 131 Avenue to 137 Avenue to make the lighting consistent on this stretch of Fort Road.
