ETS Online Store - Potential Order Suspension

Recent media coverage has referenced a possibility of a Canada Post service disruption. In the event this occurs, Canada Post mail delivery may be impacted.

To ensure your ETS transit fare product is delivered prior to a possible service disruption, customers should place online orders before Tuesday, June 21, 2016.

To provide the best customer service possible and to make sure people get the passes they pay for, the ETS online store will be suspended starting Wednesday, June 22. Online sales will resume once mail delivery through Canada Post is confirmed.

If there is a Canada Post service disruption, transit tickets and passes will be available for purchase in-person at the ETS Customer Services Centre at City Hall and at various retailers across the City. Please click here for a full list of retailers.

ETS fare products can be purchased at:

The ETS Online store
ETS Customer Services office, located in the northwest corner on the main floor of City Hall
Ticket vending machines located at all LRT stations
Official sales outlets in many convenient locations throughout the city

The ETS Customer Services Centre sells all ETS fare product available for the entire month. At other official sales outlets, monthly passes are only available from the start of business on the 22nd of the previous month through to the end of business on the 8th of the valid month.

**Youth Passes can be purchased from participating schools September through June at a subsidized rate offered by each school board. Youth Passes can be purchased year-round (including summer months July and August) at the regular rate from the ETS On-Line Store and the ETS Customer Services Centre at City Hall. The Youth Pass is not available for purchase at retail outlets.

***Post-Secondary passes also available for purchase at select Post-Secondary Institutions. Valid student photo ID card and proof of paid full-time registration are required at the time of purchase. Qualifying students can purchase a U-Pass at distribution location on campus.

ETS Retail Sales Outlet Locations

Our retail sales program has been designed to make it easy and convenient for you to purchase ETS fare products wherever you are in the city. All certified sales outlets display a decal consisting of the retail sales symbol and an ETS-issued serial number. When you see this sign at your sales outlet, you'll know you're dealing with an ETS-certified retailer.
