ETS Text & Ride

ETS riders can send a text message to 31100 and get bus schedule information sent directly to their mobile phones in seconds. Here's how it works.
Option 1: General Schedules for Stop

- Text the bus stop number to 31100
ETS will instantly send back a text of the next six busses arriving, including all routes.
Option 2: Specific Schedule for Route

- Text the bus stop number and bus route to 31100
ETS will instantly send back a text of the next six route specific arrivals within the hour.
Do not forget to put a space between the bus stop number and the route number when sending the text.
Option 3: Customized Text Service
The ETS Texting Profile is a quick and easy way to customize the text messaging service to your daily routine.
Once a user creates a customer profile, riders can simply send a blank text to 31100 and receive back the bus or LRT schedule information most relevant to them.
In other words, there is no need to include the stop or route number with this option. Riders type less, yet experience more.
For set-up help, see Profile Instructions.
Some telecommunication providers do not count short codes as part of their standard data/messaging plans and may charge extra for the use of short codes. Contact your telecommunication provider to find out if short codes are covered by your data/messaging plan.
Note: Standard data/messaging charges may apply.
