ETS Summer Service Changes

ETS Summer Service Changes

On Sunday, June 26, we’ll be making changes to our service to make it more compatible with customer demand. 

These seasonal changes will be in effect until the end of August. Normal service resumes in September.

Summer Reduction

Seasonal service reductions take effect, including for post-secondary routes and school specials for routes: 5, 15, 34, 44, 69, 101, 102, 112, 117,124 and 380. Service reductions for the summer will be reinstated in September.

Route 5

  • 8:39am - 3:24pm trips adjusted from Westmount and Downtown.

Route 15
Express between 104 Avenue & MacEwan University and NAIT.

  • 7:06am, 7:22am, 7:36am and 7:50am trips cancelled from Mill Woods Transit Centre to 108 Street & 104 Avenue.
  • 2:36pm trip cancelled from NAIT to Mill Woods Transit Centre.
  • 10:26am, 10:56am, 11:26am, 12:26pm, 12:56pm, 1:28pm, 1:58pm, 2:28pm and 3:09pm trips cancelled from NAIT to Millgate Transit Centre.
  • 9:13am, 9:43am, 10:13am, 10:43am, 11:13am, 11:43am, 12:15pm, 12:45pm, 1:15pm and 1:45pm trips cancelled from Millgate Transit Centre to NAIT. Reduce midday service to 30 minutes.
  • 8:40am and 9:10am trips cancelled from 108 Street & 104 Avenue to NAIT.
  • 2:57pm, 3:26pm, 3:56pm, 4:27pm, 4:58pm and 5:28pm trips cancelled from Downtown to Eaux Claires.
  • 6:44am, 7:14am, 7:44am, 8:14am and 8:44am trips cancelled from Eaux Claires to Downtown. Reduce service to 30 minutes.
  • 7:10am, 7:40am and 8:10am trips cancelled from 108 Street & 104 Avenue to Eaux Claires.

Route 34

  • 6:45am, 7:15am, 7:45am, 8:15am and 3:49pm trips cancelled from Leger Transit Centre to Southgate Transit Centre. Reduced peak frequency to 30 minutes.
  • 3:45pm, 4:15pm and 4:45pm trips cancelled from Southgate Transit Centre to Leger Transit Centre. Reduced peak frequency to 30 minutes.

Route 44

  • 7:45am trip cancelled from Southgate Transit Centre to Century Park Transit Centre.
  • 7:14am and 9:53am trips cancelled from Century Park Transit Centre and Southgate Transit Centre.
  • Am and pm extensions cancelled between Century Park Transit Centre and Southgate Transit Centre.

Route 69

  • 7:01am trip cancelled from Mill Woods Transit Centre to Downtown.

Route 96

  • 7:08am, 8:08am, 3:31pm and 5:31pm trips cancelled from Millgate Transit Centre to Bonnie Doon.

Route 112

  • 5pm cancelled from Capilano Transit Centre to West Edmonton Mall Transit Centre.
  • 7:44am cancelled from Downtown to West Edmonton Mall Transit Centre.

Route 125

  • Cancelled trip between Kingsway and Downtown and merged with Route 127.
  • Maintain departure and arrival times at Jasper Place Transit Centre.

Canada Day Service
All ETS bus routes will operate on regular Sunday schedules on Friday, July 1.
