ETS Sales Outlet Locations
ETS fare products are sold at over 275 locations across the City, ETS Customer Service Centre in City Hall offers our full line of passes and ticket books. There you are able to purchase an Adult Monthly Pass, Youth Monthly Pass, Day Pass, DATS Pass, Monthly Senior Citizen Pass, Senior Citizen Annual Passes, and Adult or Youth/Senior ticket books.
Retail distributors do not set their own prices for ETS fare products, the price of ETS products are set by City Council in conjunction with Edmonton Transit. All retail distributors are expected to abide by these set prices. For concerns about retailers selling ETS products at non-standard prices, please collect detailed information and use call 311 to forward the concern to Edmonton Transit.
