ETS Live® Email & Ride

With ETS Live® Email & Ride, ETS riders can now send an email to ETSLive@edmonton.ca and get real-time departures for Smart Bus routes and scheduled departure times for all other routes sent directly to their desktop or mobile device in just moments. Here's how it works.

Option 1: General Schedules for Stop

1. Send an email to ETSLive@edmonton.ca, with your bus stop number in the Subject line. Leave the rest of the email blank.
2. Within moments, you will receive an email response, which contains the next departure times for all relevant routes at that stop. Routes with Smart Bus technology will have scheduled times as well as estimated times displayed. Other bus routes will just have scheduled times.

Option 2: Schedule for Specific Route

1. Send an email to ETSLive@edmonton.ca, with your bus stop number and the route number in the Subject line. Separate the stop and route numbers with a space, dash, or semi-colon. Leave the rest of the email blank.
2. Within moments, you will receive an email response, which contains the next departure times for the specified route at that stop. Routes with Smart Bus technology will have scheduled times as well as estimated times displayed. Other bus routes will just have scheduled times.
