Family Day
The Customer Care Centre will be closed Monday, February 15 and subscription bookings will be cancelled, though DATS vehicles will be running as usual.
If you still require your regular subscription booking on Monday, February 15, please call 780.496.4567 (option 2), anytime from Thursday, February 11 to 12:00 pm Sunday, February 14.

Easter
The Customer Care Centre will be closed Good Friday and Easter Monday - Friday, March 25 and Monday, March 28 and subscription bookings will be cancelled, though DATS vehicles will be running as usual. Subscription trips are not cancelled on Sunday, March 27.
If you still require your regular subscription booking on Friday, March 25, please call 780.496.4567 (option 2), anytime from Tuesday, March 22 to 12:00 pm Thursday, March 25.
If you still require your regular subscription booking on Monday, March 28, please call 780.496.4567 (option 2), anytime from Wednesday, March 23, Thursday, March 24, or before 12:00 pm Saturday, March 26.

DATS Customer Service Bulletin - Remembrance Day 2016
Christmas 2016 and New Year's 2017
The Customer Care Centre will be closed Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, 2016, Boxing Day, Monday, December 26 and New Year's Day, Sunday, January 1, 2017. The DATS vehicles will be running as usual. However, due to our experience in past years where a large number of “no-shows” occurred on subscription bookings during the holiday period, subscription bookings will be cancelled from December 24 to December 31, 2016 and January 2, 2017 inclusively.
If you still require your regular subscription booking during this time, call 780-496-4567 (option 2).
Subscription trips are not cancelled on Sunday, January 1, 2017. If you do not require your subscription booking on these days, please call 780-496-4567 (option 2) to cancel.
DATS will be extending our hours of service on Saturday, December 31, 2016 (New Year’s Eve) with the last pick-up of the day at 2:00 a.m. In conjunction with Edmonton Transit’s Community Program, service on New Year’s Eve from 6:00 p.m. until closing will be free!
