Creative Destination Contest Rules & Regulations
- Information and entry of City of Edmonton Creative Destination Contest, ‘Contest’, can be accessed at www.takeETS.com/CreativeDestination.
- There are eight Contest prizes as described at www.takeETS.com/CreativeDestination; each with a value under $325.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest; however, Contest participants must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the Edmonton Capital Region.
- Contest entries must be completed in full to be considered.
- A restriction of one entry per person is imposed over the duration of the Contest.
- Contest duration commences September 1, 2010 at 12am and ends October 31, 2010 at 11:59pm. Contest entries outside of this period will be disqualified.
- Two finalists will be randomly selected from the list of participants that enter the Contest for an early bird draw on Friday, September 17, 2010. The second and final draw will take place on Monday, November 1st for the remaining 6 prizes.
- Those randomly selected as a finalist will be required to correctly answer the following mathematical equation to claim their prize: (4+5)×7÷3
- The City of Edmonton reserves the right to discontinue the Contest at anytime.
- Contest prizes cannot be resold or used in combination with other City of Edmonton or Arts District Partner offers or discounts.
- Edmonton Transit System and Arts District Partner employees and their families are not eligible for the Contest.
- Contest winners have 14-days to claim their prize upon telephone and/or email notification by the City of Edmonton.
- Information on those that enter the Contest is being collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. F-25 (FOIP) and will be used for ETS Creative Destination Contest purposes. It is protected in accordance with the privacy provisions of FOIP. - The City of Edmonton and affiliated Arts District Partners, and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents shall not be liable for any claim, loss, expense, cost, liability, fine, penalty, interest, payment and/or damage or any other matter or thing whatsoever, however suffered or caused, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to the City of Edmonton Creative Destination Contest.
- Arts District Partners include Alberta Ballet, Art Gallery of Alberta, Citadel Theatre, Downtown Business Association, Edmonton International Film Festival, Edmonton Opera, Edmonton Public Library, Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, and Winspear Centre.
