ETS Online Store - Potential Order Suspension

Recent media coverage has referenced a possibility of a Canada Post service disruption. In the event this occurs, Canada Post mail delivery may be impacted.

To ensure your ETS transit fare product is delivered prior to a possible service disruption, customers should place online orders before Tuesday, June 21, 2016.

To provide the best customer service possible and to make sure people get the passes they pay for, the ETS online store will be suspended starting Wednesday, June 22. Online sales will resume once mail delivery through Canada Post is confirmed.

If there is a Canada Post service disruption, transit tickets and passes will be available for purchase in-person at the ETS Customer Services Centre at City Hall and at various retailers across the City. Please click here for a full list of retailers.
