The Environmental Management System Handbook is a step-by-step guide for developing Edmonton's ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.

The Enviso Training Video is an introduction to our environmental management system.

Note: the video must be viewed in Quicktime.  If you do not have (or want) Quicktime as your default, you can view the file by doing the following:

1. Right-mouse click on the video link.  Select "Copy Shortcut".
2. Go to the Start menu > Programs > Quicktime Player.
3. When the player opens, go to File > Open URL in new player.
4. In the box asking for the URL, right-mouse click in the prompt box and select "Paste". Click on "OK". Note: You might need to enter your login id and password in a popup box.
5. It will take a few minutes to load. Once loaded, press the Play button on the screen.
