Prevent Graffiti with Community Murals

Capital City Clean Up wants to help community groups make Edmonton more beautiful. Since 2010, the Community Mural Matching Grant Program has offered up to $2000 to support non-profit community agencies that develop murals in Edmonton neighbourhoods. Murals may be placed on private and public structures, with the property owners’ permission. The goal is to deter graffiti and create a shared responsibility for graffiti prevention in Edmonton.

Community mural grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no limit on the number of times an applicant can apply. There is a limit to the funds available under the program, so please apply early.
