Mill Woods Station Area Plan
A station area plan is being prepared for the area around the future Mill Woods LRT Station.
The plan will determine the location and design of future transit-oriented land uses such as housing, employment and retail as well as supportive infrastructure such as streets and parks.
The City has retained a consulting team led by ParioPlan Inc. to assist with the development of the station area plan in consultation with property owners and other stakeholders.
