Mill Woods Station Area Plan
A station area plan is being prepared for the area around the future Mill Woods LRT Station.
The plan will determine the location and design of future transit-oriented land uses such as housing, employment and retail as well as supportive infrastructure such as streets and parks.
Current Work
The City is initiating planning for the area around the future Mill Woods LRT Station. The City has retained a consulting team led by ParioPlan Inc. to assist with the development of the station area plan in consultation with property owners and other stakeholders. Current work includes collecting background information and consulting with stakeholders.
