Michaels Park I Surplus School Site
The Michaels Park I site at 4135-76 Street has been approved by City Council for First Place housing. Community engagement and construction have not as yet been scheduled.
The City has met with the Community League regarding potential drainage impacts downstream from the development. We've delayed First Place development to allow for capital improvements, and continue to monitor the site with Drainage Services and the builder.
