Transit Oriented Development is transforming Edmonton's urban form by integrating housing, shopping and businesses around transit stations resulting in vibrant, walkable, mixed-use neighbourhoods.
The McKernan-Belgravia Station Area Redevelopment Plan recently won an Award of Merit in recognition of the City of Edmonton's leadership in innovation and planning.
