Financing Development
The City works with industrial developers and builders to ensure that the way we finance public infrastructure addresses the needs of the industrial land development business.
We are open to adaptations to ensure that our methods do not obstruct the orderly development of industrial areas, unduly restrict the supply and choice of industrial development opportunities, or reduce the competitiveness of Edmonton's land prices.
Servicing Agreements
Servicing agreements between the City and land developers establish the standards, requirements, and financial arrangements involved in bringing municipal services to an industrial property. See Servicing Agreements.
Current Projects
At the moment, we are working on a review of financing mechanism for off-site development costs.
