Belmont Surplus School Site
One surplus school site in the Belmont community site at 13207-37 Street was approved by City Council City Council for housing development under the Building Housing Choices program.
Soil testing will be conducted in 2016 to ensure suitability of the site, and results will be shared with community leaders through the community engagement process.
Community engagement and construction have not yet been scheduled.
