2012 Subdivision Minutes and Agendas
The Subdivision Authority is comprised of the General Manager, Manager of Current Planning and the Chief Subdivision Officer of Sustainable Development.
The Subdivision Authority exercises subdivision powers and duties on behalf of City Council. The Authority is responsible for reviewing and approving applications for subdivision subject to the Municipal Government Act, the Subdivision and Development Regulation, statutory and non-statutory plans, the Zoning Bylaw and other planning considerations.
