2010 Subdivision Minutes and Agendas
The Subdivision Authority is comprised of the General Manager, Manager of the Planning and Policy Services Branch and the Senior Subdivision Officer of the Planning and Development Department.
The Subdivision Authority has been delegated and authorized to exercise subdivision powers and duties on behalf of Council. The Authority is responsible for reviewing and approving applications for subdivision, subject to the Municipal Government Act, the Subdivision and Development Regulation, conformance with statutory and non-statutory plans, the zoning bylaw and other planning considerations.
