Medium Term Recreation Facility and Sports Field Plan
The Medium Term Recreation Facility and Sports Field Plan addresses three priority areas through to 2015:
- Northeast Recreation Facility and Sports Field Plan
- Southeast Recreation Facility and Sports Field Plan
- West Recreation Facility and Sports Field Plan
Proposed expansions and new facilities include:
- Expand the Central Lions Senior Citizens Recreation Centre
- Expand Clareview Arena into a multi-purpose facility
- Expand Peter Hemingway Fitness and Leisure Centre
- Expand Confederation Leisure Centre with a new fitness area
- New Lewis Farms multi-purpose facility
- New Meadows multi-purpose facility
- New Terwillegar Community Recreation Centre - now open
