Master Plan
Vancouver-based Perkins + Will was contracted to develop a Master Plan that includes a public engagement plan and project deliverables for an Area Redevelopment Plan over a 15-month period.

Public consultations aimed at validating feedback received on the Master Plan, was completed on May 1, 2 & 3, 2012.
