Concept Phase
Within the Concept Phase, all aspects of the project are developed and assessed. At this stage, the scope of the project is developed and concept plans are drawn up.
Design Phase
The Design Phase is important to finalize all of the strategies developed in the Concept Phase. All design details and construction methods are defined and identified and a project plan is finalized for approval.
Build Phase
Once a project has progressed into the Build Phase, the construction is initiated and continues on until completion.
Operate Phase
This phase ensures that all major and minor maintenance is carried out in a timely manner so that all new and existing facilities will serve the City for many years into the future.
