Castle Downs Arena Renewal
This renewal project will ensure the Castle Downs Arena continues to serve the recreational needs of the citizens of Edmonton by extending the life of the facility, reduce long-term repair costs, correct potential or existing safety issues, and ensure the facility remains functional and while enhancing accessibility.

Project Overview
The Castle Downs Arena renewal project will address maintenance needs and improvements. This includes:
- architectural (including updating functionality and accessibility features)
- electrical (fire and life safety systems, CCTV, safety and security systems, and IT improvements)
- mechanical (ice plant, dehumidifiers)
- landscaping
The project will improve the overall physical condition, function, capacity, financial efficiency and sustainability.
