Date: Tuesday May 4, 2010
Location: North Pointe Community Church, 14025 - 167 Avenue Edmonton
A public meeting will be held to discuss the development and servicing framework for Goodridge Corners. The proposed neighbourhood is located north of the Transportation and Utility Corridor, east of the City of St. Albert/City of Edmonton boundary, and south of the City of Edmonton/Sturgeon County boundary.
The applicant's intent is to develop a neighbourhood based on sustainable design principles. It will include a range of housing types, an eco-employment area, a mixed-use town centre, public utility lots/utility right-of-ways, stormwater management facilities, school and park sites, greenways, and natural areas. At full build out, the neighbourhood is expected to accommodate a population of approximately 7,500 people.
