Free Admission Day is Back to Thank Edmontonians

Have you been meaning to check out a spin class, take the kids to the zoo, or go for a swim at that recreation centre around the corner?

Well now’s your chance to do it all, for free! Edmontonians are invited to try out select City of Edmonton recreation facilities and attractions on Free Admission Day.

Free Admission Day is presented by the City of Edmonton and Enmax.

Parking may be limited at some facilities. Consider Edmonton Transit.

Extra service on Free Admission Day to A.C.T. Aquatic & Recreation Centre. Bus service will be available from the Abbottsfield Mall transit centre to A.C.T. Aquatic & Recreation Centre departing every 30 minutes, beginning at 10am until 5:30pm. Last bus departs A.C.T. at 6pm. (Please note: Abbottsfield Mall is not a Park & Ride location.)
Route 596 Fort Edmonton/Valley Zoo shuttle – Buses travel in 15 minute intervals between South Edmonton Campus Transit Centre, Fort Edmonton Park, West Edmonton Mall and the Valley Zoo. Passengers pay regular ETS fares. Service is provided by an accessible low floor bus.
A FREE park and ride service is available for Fort Edmonton Park. The park and ride lots are located at the Neil Crawford Centre (113 Street & 67 Avenue). Please park in designated parking lots:
- O.S. Longman Building Parking No. 1
- O’Donoghue Building Ground Level Parking 1

Shuttle departs Neil Crawford Centre every 30 minutes, beginning at 9:45am until 6:15pm. Last shuttle departs Fort Edmonton Park at 6:30pm.
