Fort Edmonton Park

Event: Father’s Day: Dad vs. Wild
Date: Sunday, June 20, 2010
Time: 10am–6pm

Put Dad’s survival skills to the test this Father’s Day at Fort Edmonton Park. Learn about the wilderness skills that were once an essential part of everyday life. Discover the rugged life of fur traders and settlers with interactive demonstrations and displays that are sure to be a hit with the entire family. Don’t forget, dads accompanying their children get in free.

Fort Edmonton Park is pleased to support our Canadian Troops and welcomes military families to the Park to enjoy this event. Two hundred complimentary family admissions to the Park have been provided to the Military Family Resource Centre.

Hotel Selkirk

Event: Father’s Day Dinner Buffet at the Hotel Selkirk
Date: Sunday, June 20, 2010
Time: 5:30pm (Sold out)
          7:30pm (Limited seating available) 

Honour Dad with a hearty meal at the famous Hotel Selkirk at Fort Edmonton Park. This buffet-style feast is fit for a king! Tickets are $30 for adults, $25 for seniors and $15 for youth. Kids under six eat for free.

Muttart Conservatory

Enjoy an afternoon of quality time with Dad at the Muttart Conservatory. Take a stroll through the four pyramids and don’t miss your last chances to catch the Feature Pyramid show, Songs of Spring. Enjoy light jazz music on the patio plus a craft area for the kids make a special Father’s Day gift. Make sure to put Dad’s putting skills to the ultimate test on our mini golf course.
