Proposal to Develop Row Housing in Castle Downs

A public meeting is being held to discuss proposed amendments to the Castle Downs Outline Plan from Low Density Residential uses to Row Housing uses in Baranow Neighbourhood.

The site is currently zoned RF4, Semi-detached Residential Zone, which allows for duplex housing. The applicant proposes to rezone the properties located at 14903 - 125 Street, 14841 - 125 Street, 14803 - 125 Street, and 14751 - 125 Street to RF5, Row Housing Zone, which would allow the opportunity for low to medium density housing, such as row houses or town houses. The applicant's stated intent is to develop row housing units on the site.
