eServices
No waiting in line. Connect to a variety of City of Edmonton services online.
eServices is a website that will connect residents, businesses and industry representatives to a variety of City of Edmonton services not currently available online.
Today, you have to visit a City office to apply for most licences and permits. With eServices, you’ll have a choice: you’ll be able to visit the office or go online to fill out your forms and pay your fees.
ePlan is the first element of eServices that has been implemented. ePlan is an online tool developers can use for the electronic application and review of engineering drawings needed for servicing agreements.
Pet licensing is also available through eServices. Pet owners have the opportunity to conveniently register their pet or renew their pet licence online with the City of Edmonton through their eServices account.
Business licence renewals are also available for licence holders who have no changes to their business licence account.
Additional services for land development applications, permits and licences are forthcoming.
You’ll be able to apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from your computer or other smart device, no matter where you are.
We’ll be launching additional eServices over the coming months, and collecting feedback, and details about the added services will be updated as the services are made available.
