The City is committed to making information publicly available and easily accessible. The Edmonton 311 App is an easy way for people to report their concerns and then to see the status of their requests.
The 311 Explorer shows all 311 reports on public property since January 1, 2013. Having this information available in an easy-to-search format is a great way to build accountability and to trust. It demonstrates that reports are being followed through.
