Annual Report
Edmonton's Report on the Environment is the City's report card to citizens about our environment. The report looks at programs in the categories with our environmental strategic plan, The Way We Green, and evaluates the current state of each program and the challenges they face.
The report can be viewed in two forms:
The online platform has more data and provides more analysis. This data will be updated more frequently than is possible with a more traditional reporting process. As the City's monitoring and measuring mechanisms improve, the report will link to the open source data catalogue. It is envisioned that the report will become more interactive, transparent and relevant as better information becomes available.
2016 Report on the Environment Calendar
Edmonton is teeming with talent, and that talent shone through when we asked for art submissions for a calendar. The chosen submissions focus on a different environmental theme from Edmonton’s Report on the Environment. Included in the calendar are environmental measures from the 2014 Edmonton’s Report on the Environment.
The 2014 Report is getting around town
Riding the LRT? Read a part of the report at the following stations: Century Park, Southgate, University, Central, Churchill, Stadium and Clareview.
Walking through the river valley? Look for a chance to "talk" with different elements of the environment who'll share information from the report that relate to them.
