Register to Speak
Requests to speak must be in reference to a specific item on a Council or Committee meeting agenda. Agendas for Council and Committee meetings are published on the Thursday of the week before the meeting, with the exception of Statutory City Council Public Hearing agendas, which are published on the Thursday three weeks before the meeting.
NOTE: If you are speaking on behalf of another person, the person will need to complete an
Authorization to Speak on Someone's Behalf form and you will need to bring the original, signed form to the meeting.

Complete this Request to Speak form. Your request must be submitted by 4:30 pm the afternoon before the meeting. After submitting your request, you will receive a request number that can be used to reference your submission.
By Telephone
Call 780-496-8178 from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
In Person
You may register in person until the start of a meeting. Check schedules or agendas above for meeting times.

To find decisions of Council or Committee, refer to Minutes in the table above.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Alternative communication services are offered on request for citizens who are deaf and hard of hearing.
