This plan outlines six 10-year goals to make our vision a reality. one of the 10-year strategic goals is to improve Edmonton's livability and make it one of Canada's most livable cities based on the following criteria:
- Welcoming to all
- Safe and clean
- Fosters our heritage and supports our arts and multicultural communities
- Encourages lifestyles through recreational opportunities
- Engages Edmontonians in the City's Vision and directions
