The Way Ahead: Outcomes, Measures and Targets
City Council established a set of corporate outcomes, measures and targets for the City’s six 10-year strategic goals, as reflected in The Way Ahead.
Corporate outcomes describe how City Council defines success in the journey to achieving the 10-year strategic goals.
Measures provide evidence that the City is making progress in achieving the outcomes.
Targets identify how far and how fast the City will proceed to deliver on the corporate outcomes within a specified time horizon.
1. Edmonton is attractive and compact
