Municipal Prosecution

The City is responsible for the prosecution of a wide range of offences committed under City Bylaws.

Some examples include:

• Parking
• Zoning
• Noise
• Business Licensing
• Animal Control
   

If you are charged with a Bylaw offence, you may request a review of your file if you feel you have a valid defence to the charge or if you feel there are significant mitigating circumstances to be considered.
